Yes, you will be able to look up other attendees, however you MUST select yes to the ‘Share your contact information and profile with other attendees’ question under the Networking tab during profile set-up upon login to the Virtual Platform. If you select no during profile set-up, you can change your answer at anytime by clicking on the profile icon in the top right of the screen while logged in to the Virtual Conference Platform.

As an attendee of the 2020 Virtual National Conference, you are responsible for calculating, claiming, and recording your AMA PRA Category 1 Credits by Jan. 31, 2021. A Zoom account is not required to attend the course. We urge you to download Zoom to have a seamless experience.
Log in to the Virtual Conference Platform, select On-Demand or Live Sessions tile, search for and select the session you would like to view, and click the button to watch.
The Virtual Conference will be best viewed using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari. In Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, you can choose to always open links with Zoom. Internet Explorer is not supported.
For best viewing, please check your internet connection ahead of time and disconnect from any VPN connections. If possible, connect your computer to the Internet via a Cat5 cable. If you only have WiFi, the closer you are to the access point, the stronger your connection will be.
When you connect to the Zoom webinar, you will be given the option to “join with computer audio” or “join by phone”. If you connect via computer audio and you can not hear, click right next to the microphone icon. Zoom will display your input audio device and your output audio device. Make sure the correct devices are selected based on how you are trying to listen (e.g. headphones, computer speakers, or Bluetooth device).
