All-Access Registration
Those attending in-person in Washington, DC will have access to:
- All 300+ education sessions, including seminars, interactive workshops, clinical skills labs, section/council programs and courses, and plenary sessions
- All special events and wellness sessions
- Exhibit hall, poster hall, and ancillary activities
- In-person Spanish translation and closed captioning
- Livestreamed session recordings through January 31, 2024
Virtual-Only Registration
Attendees joining remotely will have access to:
- Selection of education sessions livestreamed from Washington, DC, and access to those recordings through January 31, 2024
Beginning Friday, October 20 at 1pm EDT: Virtual-only attendees will have access to 2 livestreamed channels and daily plenary sessions (approx. total 45 sessions) - Virtual exhibitor listings

Worry-Free Registration
You may cancel your National Conference registration at any time until October 6, two weeks prior to the start of the conference, for a full refund of your registration fee. All registration changes/cancellations must be sent in writing to our e-mail by October 6, 2023
Beware of Fraudulent Registration Companies!
The official National Conference website is https://archive.aapexperience.org/ and you can only register for the National Conference through that site or shop.aap.org. The AAP does not add additional fees to the standard registration fees, such as VAT or service fees. Prevent being the victim of Cybercrime – be suspicious of emails that appear to be coming from the AAP asking for additional payments. Fraudulent companies will often use email addresses or websites that contain “AAP” in them such as aap@2023conference.com and info@23aap.com. Do not reply to these companies.
