Community Cares Volunteer Project*
Support efforts to give back to the children of Washington, DC. Previous projects include stuffing Halloween treat bags for Ronald McDonald House, a park clean up, and assembling food packets for local families in need. The 2023 project will be announced soon!
Located in the Connections Corner, the new Global Exchange is a resource for all international attendees and will include conference information in multiple languages, a bi-lingual staff person, and a place for international attendees to network.
The AAP will host Trivia Night where attendees test their pediatric and pop culture knowledge. This is a popular and engaging event open to all attendees and guests.

Exhibit Hall Coffee Break
Conference days can be tiring! Sponsor a coffee break to fuel discovery in the Exhibit Hall.
Relaxing and convenient individual rooms are provided in the Lactation Lounges for attendees who are nursing. Lounges also offer a refrigerator for storing milk. There will be 3 Lactation Lounges onsite at the 2023 National Conference.
AAP Wellness Hub* in the Connections Corner
The AAP Wellness Hub is one of the main attractions in the Connections Corner. Attendees can visit the Wellness Hub to ask experts questions about health & wellness, exercise, nutrition, mental health, etc. Our experts give presentations on the latest trends throughout the duration of the conference. The Hub is located in a high traffic area filled with seating for attendee networking as well as other booths that are part of Connections Corner.
Over 1,000 attendees and family members attend the AAP Kids’ Camp! The event includes food, games, activities, crafts and all sorts of entertainment for children of all ages. There are many unique company or product exposure opportunities available for this incredible event.
Exhibit Hall Relaxation Station
Located in the exhibit hall, this is one of the most popular booths at the meeting! Attendees enjoy a brief massage by a licensed professional massage therapist.
Host a book signing where conference attendees meet popular AAP authors and receive free copies of their book.
Becoming a General Conference Supporter allows the AAP to use funds to support various educational sessions and other programs during the National Conference.

AAP Welcome Reception*
The kick off of the National Conference, our host city-inspired Welcome Reception gives over 3,500 conference attendees the opportunity to network with other colleagues or party the night away listening to a great local band.

AAP Playground in the Connections Corner
Share your commitment to children and the families of pediatricians by sponsoring the AAP Playground. The AAP Playground is located in a high traffic location at the convention center. Parents can bring their children to play and burn energy during the conference. The sponsor can also donate toys for added recognition.
Tech Bar in the Connections Corner
The Tech Bar is a great resource for attendees looking for assistance with their devices or the conference platform. The Tech Bar staff also present informational sessions on technology trends and communication strategies.
